1. Who can become a model with ModelVerseAI?

Anyone! We welcome all ages (16+), sizes, genders and backgrounds.
If you are under 18, parental/guardian consent is required.

2. Do I need modelling experience?

No. Many of our clients are first-time models who want a professional portfolio to start their journey.

3. What photos should I upload?

Clear, natural photos showing:

  • Your face (close-up)

  • Full body (if possible)

  • No heavy makeup, hats, filters or sunglasses

  • Good lighting

We’ll guide you if your photos aren’t suitable.

4. How long does it take to receive my portfolio?

Delivery times:

  • Starter Portfolio: within 72 hours

  • Premium Portfolio: within 48 hours

  • Express Portfolio: within 24 hours

Delivery begins once we receive clear photos and successful payment.

For Models

5. What will I receive?

Depending on your package:

  • AI-generated fashion images

  • Headshots

  • Vertical videos for Reels/TikTok

  • A full PDF portfolio (Premium & Express)

6. Can I choose the styles and looks I want?

Yes — you can select:

  • Editorial

  • High fashion

  • Commercial

  • Instagram influencer

  • Fitness

  • Bridal

  • Cultural styles

  • And more

You may also provide moodboard inspiration.

7. Can I use these images to apply to agencies?

Yes. Agencies accept AI-assisted portfolios as long as they are clearly your likeness.

8. Will you show my images on your website or social media?

Only if you give optional written consent.
Your images remain private unless you choose otherwise.

9. Can I request a revision if I don’t like something?

Yes — every package includes 1 free revision.
Additional revisions may cost a small fee.

10. Will the AI images look exactly like me?

We aim for strong likeness, but AI interpretation varies.
Results depend on the clarity and quality of the photos provided.

11. What file types are accepted?

JPG, PNG or HEIC images.
Please avoid filtered or AI-generated photos.

12. Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available only if work has not yet started, or if we cannot process your photos.
Once AI generation begins, refunds are not possible.

13. Do I own the rights to the images?

Yes — you receive non-exclusive, worldwide personal usage rights.
Commercial usage (e.g., brand deals) may require an upgraded licence.

14. Is my data safe?

Yes. Your photos are stored securely, never shared, and can be deleted upon request.

2. How do I hire a model or start a project?

Simply fill out our Brand Request Form and provide details of your project.
We will respond with a quote and timeline.

3. How long does a brand project take?

Typical timelines:

  • Lookbooks: 48–96 hours

  • Campaign images: 3–7 days

  • Promotional videos: 3–10 days

  • Custom AI model: 5–14 days

  • Runway simulation: 5–10 days

We will confirm your delivery date after reviewing your brief.

4. What usage rights are included?

Standard projects include a 12-month, non-exclusive, worldwide licence for digital use:

  • Website

  • Social media

  • Online ads

  • Email marketing

Extended licences available on request.

For Brands

5. Do you offer exclusive rights to a model?

Yes. You can request exclusive rights for:

  • Your industry

  • A region

  • A fixed time period

Exclusive rights require additional fees.

6. Can you create a custom AI model that represents my brand?

Yes. We can design a unique AI model exclusively for your brand.
Great for long-term brand identity.

7. Are your models real people?

No — all portfolio models are AI-generated to avoid real-person identity conflicts.
Any resemblance is coincidental.

For human–AI hybrid clients (real people using our service), usage is strictly personal only unless upgraded.

8. Can I upload my own clothing or product images?

Yes. You can supply product photos, and we will integrate them into the visuals.

9. What’s included in the project brief?

  • We will ask for:

  • Brand name

  • Contact details

  • Moodboard or references

  • Model preferences

  • Style guidelines

  • Product images (if applicable)

  • Required usage rights

  • Deadline

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Card payments (via Wix Payments / Stripe)

  • Bank transfer for commercial contracts

  • Invoice for enterprise clients

11. Can I request revisions?

Yes — your project includes 2 rounds of revisions.
More complex changes may incur additional fees.

12. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are possible only if work has not begun.
Once production starts, refunds are not available due to generation costs.

13. Is my project confidential?

Yes. All brand materials and visuals remain confidential unless you give written permission.

14. Can you simulate a fashion show or runway for my brand?

Yes — we can create AI runway videos with your chosen models and outfits.

15. How do I begin?
