These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between ModelVerseAI (“we”, “us”, “our”) and any individual (“you”, “your”, “the Client”) who purchases a modelling portfolio service, uploads photographs, or uses our website: modelverseai.com.

By using our services or submitting photos, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Service

ModelVerseAI creates AI-generated modelling portfolios based on the photographs you provide.
Our services include:

  • AI-generated images

  • AI-generated video clips

  • Digital portfolios (PDFs or image sets)

  • Optional express delivery

  • Custom style packs

You understand that all results are AI-generated interpretations of your likeness and may vary.

2. Eligibility

To use our services:

  • You must be 16 or older

  • If under 18, you must have parental/guardian consent

  • You must own or have rights to use the photos you upload

  • You must provide accurate information during your purchase

If we believe any information is false or harmful, we may refuse service.

3. Photo Requirements

By uploading photos, you confirm that:

  • The photos are of you, or you have written permission from the person in the photos

  • The photos are clear, unfiltered and legally permitted

  • No copyrighted, stolen or AI-generated images are submitted

  • The photos do not depict minors without proper consent

We may request additional images if the ones provided are not suitable.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Starter Portfolio: within 72 hours

  • Premium Portfolio: within 48 hours

  • Express Portfolio: within 24 hours

Delivery times begin after we receive suitable photos and payment is confirmed.
Delays may occur due to:

  • Low-quality images

  • Technical issues

  • Unusually high demand (rare)

We will always notify you of delays.

For Models

5. Revisions

Each package includes:

  • 1 free revision (e.g., style adjustments, different look)

  • Additional revisions may incur a fee

Revisions do not include:

  • Entirely new sets

  • Photos unrelated to the ones originally provided

  • Requests requiring re-processing from scratch

6. Usage Rights (Your Rights)

Once delivered, you receive a non-exclusive worldwide licence to:

  • Use your AI-generated images

  • Share on social media

  • Submit to agencies

  • Print or display for personal promotion

You may not:

  • Sell the images to third parties

  • License the images to brands for commercial campaigns
    (Brands must contact us directly for commercial licensing)

7. Our Rights

ModelVerseAI retains the right to:

  • Maintain a secure copy of generated files

  • Use your AI-generated images for marketing only if you gave explicit optional consent

  • Refuse or cancel services if images violate laws or ethical standards

We never use your real photos publicly without written permission.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:

  • You accidentally purchased the wrong package and have not uploaded images yet

  • We are unable to process your photos (e.g., too blurry or unusable)

  • We fail to deliver any version of your portfolio within 7 days of payment

  • A duplicate payment was made

Refunds are not available if:

  • You uploaded your photos and work has already begun

  • You dislike the artistic interpretation of AI results

  • The final look doesn’t match personal preference

  • You request changes outside the scope of your package

In special cases, we may offer partial credit for future services.

9. AI Model Disclaimer

All images and videos created by ModelVerseAI are AI-generated.
Output styles and results may vary.

We do not guarantee:

  • Exact resemblance to your real photos

  • Exact replication of clothing styles or poses

  • That agencies will accept your portfolio

Results depend on the photos you provide and the nature of generative AI.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Impersonate another person

  • Upload images of minors without consent

  • Create misleading online identities

  • Generate harmful, abusive or explicit content

  • Violate copyright or intellectual property laws

  • Train your own AI models using our outputs (strictly prohibited)

Violation may result in account termination or legal action.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which complies with UK GDPR standards.

Key points:

  • Uploaded photos are stored securely

  • We delete photos on request

  • We only display your images publicly with optional consent

  • You may request data access or deletion at any time

12. Limitation of Liability

ModelVerseAI is not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from use of AI-generated images

  • Agency rejections or failed casting outcomes

  • Third-party misuse of images after delivery

  • Technical interruptions or minor delays

  • Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

England & Wales

Any disputes will be resolved under these laws.

By submitting a brief, hiring a model, or commissioning any service from ModelVerseAI, you agree to the Terms below.

1. About Our Service

ModelVerseAI provides AI-powered modelling and visual content services, including:

  • AI-generated lookbooks & product imagery

  • AI model appearances for brand campaigns

  • Runway simulations

  • Social media promotional videos

  • Custom AI model creation

  • Licensing of digital models

  • Exclusive-use options and commercial rights

Our models are AI-generated or hybrid AI–human composites, depending on the project.

All outputs are digital assets produced specifically for your brand based on your brief.

2. Hiring a Model / Booking a Project

To hire a model or commission a project, you must:

  1. Submit a brief via our Brand Request Form

  2. Provide accurate business and project details

  3. Select models, styles or themes as required

  4. Confirm any usage rights or exclusivity needs

  5. Approve the quoted price

  6. Complete the payment before work begins

We may refuse any project that involves unlawful, unethical or inappropriate content.

3. Deliverables & Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on:

  • Project size

  • Complexity of your brief

  • Number of models

  • Type of assets (images vs. videos)

  • Whether exclusivity is required

Typical delivery ranges:

  • Lookbooks: 48–96 hours

  • Campaign images: 3–7 days

  • Videos / Reels: 3–10 days

  • Runway simulations: 5–10 days

  • Custom AI models: 5–14 days

We will always specify your expected delivery date in writing before starting.

4. Project Brief Requirements

You must provide:

  • Brand or company name

  • Contact information

  • Style references or moodboards

  • Product images (if needed)

  • Colour palettes / theme references

  • Usage rights required

  • Deadline or campaign launch date

  • Any model preferences

  • Any cultural, legal or ethical guidelines relevant to your market

We will execute the project according to your approved brief.

For Brands

5. Commercial Usage Rights

All commercial usage rights must be clearly agreed before production begins.

Unless otherwise specified in writing, your project includes:

Standard Commercial Licence (Default)

  • Non-exclusive

  • Worldwide

  • 12 months usage

  • Social media & digital campaigns

  • Website and online advertising

  • Email marketing

Not Included by Default

These require additional fees:

  • Print usage

  • Out-of-home (OOH) advertising

  • TV / Broadcast

  • Use of models for product packaging

  • Perpetual usage

  • Exclusive rights to a model

  • Resale, sublicensing, or redistribution

Exclusive Rights

If you request exclusivity:

  • We will not license the same AI model to any other brand for the duration

  • Fees depend on duration, region, and industry

  • Exclusivity begins only after payment is received

6. Intellectual Property

You receive a licence to use the delivered assets within your agreed rights.

You do not own:

  • The underlying AI model

  • The likeness or digital character

  • The raw AI generations

  • The training assets or tooling

  • Any non-purchased deliverables

  • Any model outside your paid outputs

All rights not expressly granted remain property of ModelVerseAI.

7. Custom AI Models

If you commission a custom AI model:

  • You must own full rights to any real human likeness you provide

  • We are not responsible for likeness disputes

  • A separate contract may be required for long-term or perpetual usage

  • Custom models cannot be resold or used outside the agreed licence

We reserve the right to refuse custom model requests that pose ethical or legal risks.

8. Revision Policy

Projects include:

  • Up to 2 rounds of revisions (minor style adjustments, colour correction, pose variations)

  • Additional revisions may incur extra fees

Revisions do not include:

  • Complete redesign of concepts

  • Major changes beyond the approved brief

  • Switching models halfway through

  • Additional images or video deliverables not included in your package

9. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required in full before production begins

  • Larger corporate projects may be eligible for 50% upfront / 50% on delivery (by agreement only)

  • Payments are non-refundable once a project has started

Accepted payment methods:

  • Card (via Wix Payments / Stripe)

  • Bank transfer (for contracts only)

  • Invoice for enterprise clients

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

  • We have not begun production

  • We cancel the project for internal reasons

  • You accidentally placed an order for the wrong package and notify us immediately

  • A duplicate payment was made

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind after work begins

  • Dissatisfaction with creative interpretation

  • Miscommunication due to incomplete briefs

  • Delays caused by missing assets from the client

  • Failure to use the assets after delivery

11. AI Content Disclaimer

All models provided through ModelVerseAI are:

  • AI-generated

  • Digital constructs

  • Not real individuals

  • Not representations of real human beings

Any resemblance to real persons is entirely coincidental.

Brands must not:

  • Claim a real human endorsement

  • Suggest that the model is an actual person

  • Use the model in misleading or deceptive campaigns

12. Confidentiality

We treat all brand assets and materials as confidential.

You agree not to disclose:

  • ModelVerseAI’s proprietary workflows

  • Pricing structures

  • Exclusive character designs

  • Private communication

  • Unreleased visuals

Mutual confidentiality applies unless both parties agree otherwise.

13. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use our content for:

  • Hate speech

  • Political propaganda

  • Explicit adult content

  • Disinformation

  • Deepfake impersonation of real people

  • Illegal or defamatory campaigns

  • Harmful or dangerous messaging

If your campaign falls into a grey area, ask us first.

14. Limitation of Liability

ModelVerseAI is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue caused by campaign performance

  • Virality, engagement, or sales outcomes

  • Misuse of assets by third parties

  • Legal claims arising from your use of the content

  • Technical delays beyond our control

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

England & Wales

Disputes will be handled in these courts unless otherwise agreed.
